In most countries, a woman in her mid-20s is legally an adult. And in most countries, foreigners are free to leave when they like. In its flagrant rejection of these two principles, Saudi Arabia is unique, and that is a big problem for 24-year-old Nazia Quazi.

My foreboding sense is that America may have already passed the point of no return in terms of civil, constitutional governance.
The freeze would not apply to defense spending or spending on intelligence, homeland security or veterans.
Please define defence, intelligence and homeland security.
Veterans should be looked after but those other budgets/words don’t make a whole lot of sense.
The freeze will not apply to war or to external/foreign surveillance or to internal/citizen surveillance.
Check back every six months to see money devoted to each of these goals. I’m guessing the veterans won’t end up with the biggest share. I do hope they are looked after though.
